He is referring to the Shishio fight when Kenshin got knocked out by Shishio's exploding glove trick, and then got back up after a little while because of his "ken-ki" or whatever it is called. In other words, after getting closed down, the Kenshin forum got back up.

well ive seen most of the kenshin series so i get it now,...but i dont see why it was THAT funny..maybe thats just because its 4:22am here and im to tired to laugh.
