so who else thinks that jinbei will be the one to decimate the fleet surrounding Impel Down?  we haven't seen him do anything special yet, except that he seems to be able to punch people without touching them..imagine that effect amplified with a medium like water?

does anyone else think its weird how we're getting an ace flashback right now?  usually the only people who get flashbacks like this are about to join the strawhats.  seeing as how luffy and ace aren't technically 'brothers', wouldn't ace be luffy's first nakama?

i have no reason to think so other than wild speculation, but if whitebeard falls, could ace join luffy?

So true.  Croc vs. Hawkeye seems like a good match.  Also, what will Garp do from here? Luffy's already said he can't win against his Granddad back when Garp first showed up and punched Luffy into oblivion.

This is a little dusty, but whatever. Wars ended, in such an anti climatic way. Its been non stop tension for a while now, and it just seemed to stop. Was really hoping for a little more after Shanks appeared.

i think thats just increasing shanks' mystery.  he is enough of a hard motherfucker to fight (and at least not lose) to Kaidou, make it to Marineford, and effectively stop the war just by the threat of his crew throwing down.  And Sengoku lets it happen "because its you".  WTF ODA!?!?!

I'm actually happy the war is over.  it was an amazing arc with lots of awesome moments but i realllllly want to see the rest of the crew again.  now that WB is dead, they're still going to have to go through merman island which is surely in the throws of rebellion right now.  i think jinbei might come in handy...

For some reason I expected a time skip after the war.

I don;t really see Jimbei doing much of anything. I'm hoping he decides his time is better spent around Fishman island. I certainty hope he doesn't become a crew member. He doesn't seem like he would be a good fit.

Seems to me this chapter was a lot of fluff, just setting up some stuff further down and explaining a couple of things.
