ANN announced today that Kobato will get a TV anime next fall (click)While Kobato only has around 3 volumes of material and I'd wish they'd wait until the series is more flushed out (it really seems like it's only beginning), I'm really excited. I love Kobato. It's pure and innocent with the adult and convoluted overtones that only CLAMP can bring.

Plus, it's Madhouse, with Nanase Ohkawa supervising the scripts. So we'll probably actually have the story follow the manga closely, (hopefully) unlike in xxxholic and Tsubasa.
It's probably only going to be a 12-13 episode series, so, maybe even the people who haven't been following CLAMP titles that much these days can give it a shot? I can't recommend it enough.
