Looking for opinions on Windows

Now that I'm making the jump to a new machine (my stuff will be here tomorrow) I'm just wondering what you guys think I should do with my OS.  (Currently on XP Pro)  Should I go up to XP Pro 64bit, Vista, or stick with 32 bit pro for now?

64bit is buggy and you need special apps to run on it. It's a pain, I tried it.

I would shy away from vista for the next couple of months until they have everything a little more ironed out with drivers and such. Also there aren't any real speed improvements in Vista yet. Those should also be in a a few months ... I would just stick with xp pro 32 bit for right now.
