do the following:
upload your sig and ava to a host.
after they are uploaded, goto "My Control Panel"
once there, click on "Edit profile"
there is a signature box
insert the following:

[img]
[url]http://www.yourwebshostinginghere.com/yoursig.jpg[/url]
[/img]
[/center]
now go down to the "User Avatar"
insert into the box:
[url]http://www.yourwebshostinginghere.com/yourava.jpg[/url]
click "submit modifications"
You are done.

If you do not have a sig/avatar chosen already for youself i can custom make you some.
if you have ones you'd like to use but do not know how to upload them onto a host. e-mail the images to me and i'll host them and send you the links.
